Singapore clay snacks

(clay food that I made)

It has been a while since I have blogged. Loads of things has changed. Currently now I have been experimenting with polymer clay. I didn't know what to do with it. Initially I bought it because I wanted to make necklaces. But in the end it didn't turn out as planned. So I attempted to make some local snacks since CNY is coming. I was trying to find tutorials on local snacks but its non existence.

Time to blog more, since my life now is quite happening. HAHA

I got a new camera and a new lens! HOORAY! That means I am going to update this blog more often. (hopefully)
Took a few test shots and I LOVE IT!  I didn't regret getting the Canon 24-105mm lens although it is quite heavy and I'm still not sure about whether I like it when it comes to taking sceneries ,because I am using a 600d and it is said that it isn't "compatible" with a crop sensor. But oh wells we shall see how much I will love it or hate it.

DIY exposing screen

( In the process of exposing the screen for 5 min)

I have always wanted an exposing unit at home but you... its so troublesome to create one. So finally after 1 year from graduation I got my all the materials and I am pretty close on getting the correct timing for exposing the screen. BOY! After so many tries... I am finally nearing to the perfect timing. It is between 5-7 mins by only using 500 watts halogen light. Pretty amazed by how quickly it can expose the screen.  Just got to keep trying

Taking the Oath of allegiance

Finally the day has come for me to take the oath of allegiance in Singapore. The entire process of renunciating my citizenship  was very troublesome . I am glad it is over. Yay, finally no worries about being stateless! I had been reading so many articles about being stateless in Singapore because they didn't take the oath or renounce their citizenship.  And they had trouble applying for a citizenship  which makes it even harder if they are guys because they cannot apply a house or work in Singapore.

Anyway,  the whole process of taking the oath and officially become a Singaporean was very fast. Within 2 hours I was done! Could be less but I was quite confused on where to go.  So if you are in my shoes and do not know where to go. Just go straight to Level 6 and take a queue number for Oath taking.
There are a few option : Enquiry, Collection of documents, Oath taking, Application of citizenship. I took a queue number for enquiry which made me wait for 1 hr plus. Little did I know that all I needed to do was to take a queue number for the Oath taking and within 1 hr I would be done. Well lesson learned. Anyway I doubt I will be going through this process again.

Thoughts

If you think studying was tough wait till you start working. Life as an adult isn't easy. There are so many responsibilities that you need to handle. How I wish I was still a kid. No worries about money and time isn't an issue. Of course there are some perks of being a working adult. Adulthood isn't like in the movies where money magically falls from the sky.

I really need to sit down and think of what I really want to do and not waste my life away.
