Ever since my parents left for their super long trip out of Singapore, I started to realized that eating out everyday gets more and more expensive. Especially when I have to settle breakfast, lunch and dinner on my own. Now I appreciate my mothers cooking even more. Oh and I finally appreciate grocery shopping! The joy of seeing fresh seafood on sales makes my heart skip.
( I love seafood, especially scallops and prawns oh and not forgetting crab )
In total I only spend less than $1 on this dish. Cheers for more budget meals to come
Today : Angel hair with scallop, hard boiled egg and seaweed.
